Culinary Team
Our exceptional Culinary team prepares dining experiences to delight and enhance the flavor of each Lynmar vintage and varietal. Led by noted Chef David Frakes with Chef Matt Blankenheim, the menus are developed with the wine, the season, and the bounty of our kitchen gardens in mind.
The Bliss House
Our oasis in the vineyard -- the Bliss House -- accommodates six adults between three comfortable bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It boasts a spacious, top-quality kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, plush linens, mini business station with wireless internet, and views overlooking Quail Hill Vineyard and the Laguna de Santa Rosa.
