Spring 2026 Newsletter

When the first daffodils begin to bloom, we know Spring has arrived. The vineyards stir back to life, the days stretch a little longer, and a fresh sense of possibility fills the air. It is one of the most beautiful times of year to visit, and we cannot wait to welcome you.

At your urging, we released our full events calendar in January so that you could plan your season with us. Alongside beloved traditions like Pinot & Pizza, now celebrating its twentieth year, we are delighted to introduce new experiences, including the Winemaker’s Lunch, designed to bring you even closer to the vineyard, the cellar, and the table.

The exuberance of Spring is also captured in our newest sparkling wine, which made its debut for Valentine’s Day. Bright, expressive, and alive with celebration, it is exactly the kind of wine that makes an ordinary Tuesday feel like an occasion worth marking.

Winemaker’s Lunch

Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a winemaker? This is your invitation to step into the cellar with Winemaker Pete Soergel for an immersive journey into the art and science of crafting exceptional wine.

Your experience begins with an exclusive tour of our cellar and production spaces, followed by a hands-on blending seminar. Taste and blend four distinct barrel samples to create your own unique cuvée alongside fellow members. Pete will evaluate the blends and select one as a potential candidate for the 2025 vintage.

After your time in the cellar, settle in for a beautifully prepared lunch paired with finished wines, continuing the conversation about the magical transformation from grape to glass. As always, the afternoon concludes in true Lynmar fashion with beautiful food, extraordinary wine, wonderful company, and memories in the making. For added ease and enjoyment, round-trip transportation from San Francisco is available for guests who prefer not to drive.

The Return of the Collector’s Lunch Pairing

This spring, Chef David unveils a new seasonal menu that captures the freshness and vitality of the season. This four-course experience is a celebration of creativity and terroir, each dish thoughtfully paired with Lynmar wines to reveal why food and wine have been perfect partners for millennia. From the first bright notes of spring produce to the final pour, it is a reminder that the table is one of life’s great pleasures.

Spring at Lynmar is a season of renewal, connection, and celebration. We invite you to stroll the gardens, savor the new releases, and join us for the experiences that make this place so special. The vines are awakening, the cellar is humming, and a seat at the table is waiting for you.
