Dijon Vinaigrette

Dijon Vinaigrette

Makes: 1 Cup

Recipe by Lynmar Estate Chef David Frakes


1 tsp Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp unseasoned rice wine vinegar

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp rice bran oil

salt to taste

Place everything in a blender and blend until completely emulsified. Reserve until ready to use.
