Ingredients
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp unseasoned rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp rice bran oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Place everything in a blender and blend until completely emulsified.
Reserve until ready to use.
