Sage-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

These crisp, flavorful potatoes from Chef David Frakes are the perfect accompaniment to any meal.


  • 2 1⁄2 lbs Fingerling Potatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3⁄4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh Sage (finely chopped)
  • 1⁄2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Place potatoes on a jelly-roll pan.
  • Drizzle potatoes with oil; sprinkle with salt, sage and pepper. Toss to combine; spread into a single layer on a pan.
  • Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
