Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 lbs Fingerling Potatoes, halved
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3⁄4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Fresh Sage (finely chopped)
- 1⁄2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Place potatoes on a jelly-roll pan.
- Drizzle potatoes with oil; sprinkle with salt, sage and pepper. Toss to combine; spread into a single layer on a pan.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and tender.
