Ingredients
- 1 lb Ahi Tuna (very finely diced, 1/8th-inch thick)
- 2 tbsp Shallots (finely minced)
- 2 tbsp Chives (finely sliced)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- small pinch Black Pepper (Fresh Ground)
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Capers (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (or Yuzo, if you have it)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for a half hour before serving.
- Serve on Won-ton crisps, or other cracker.
