Ingredients
- 450g Cream Cheese
- 100g Caster (Superfine) Sugar
- 120g Condensed Milk
- 15g Cornstarch
- 200g Double Cream
- 100g Yogurt
- 1-2 t Vanilla Extract
- 1 t Lime Juice
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 215°C (°F) (top and bottom heat).
- Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into the pan and tap to release air bubbles.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
