Vanilla Burnt Basque Cheesecake

Instructions

  1.    Preheat oven to 215°C (°F) (top and bottom heat).
  2.    Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
  3.    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4.    Pour into the pan and tap to release air bubbles.
  5.    Bake for 30-45 minutes, until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6.    Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
