April 2026 Release
A Note From The Winemaking Team
Dearest Advocates,
Spring at Lynmar Estate is a time of renewal and reflection, a season when the energy of our gardens mirrors the enduring stewardship that has shaped this land for over fifty years. As we honor Earth Day, we are reminded that every vine and every vintage is part of a living legacy rooted in care, intention, and connection.
We are proud to share our Spring Release, a collection of 2023 wines that beautifully capture this moment of transition. From the vibrant tension and layered elegance of our Winemaker’s Blend Chardonnay, to the spicy, savory intrigue of the Monastery Pinot Noir, and the plush, expressive depth of our Old Vines Pinot Noir, crafted from our cherished 1974 heritage vines, each wine tells a story of place, season, and time.
You, our Advocates, are at the heart of that story.
This year, we are especially honored to celebrate a meaningful milestone. More than 1,000 of you have now been part of the Lynmar community for ten years or more. Your loyalty and trust are not only humbling; they are foundational to everything we do.
Inspired by your continued feedback, we have thoughtfully enhanced your member experience to feel even more personal and tailored. We invite you to explore your member profile and customize your shipment with a curated selection of exclusive add-ons designed with your preferences in mind. As the season unfolds, we look forward to surprising you with new member-only offerings that continue to deepen your connection to Lynmar.
Thank you for walking this journey with us.
Warmly,
The Lynmar Estate Team
Pairing Suggestions and Recipes
To explore the synergy of land and table, Estate Chef David Frakes invites you to enjoy these pairings specifically tailored for your wine collection:
The 2023 Winemaker’s Blend Chardonnay finds its culinary match in Spring Pea Soup with Lemon Ricotta. The wine’s crisp minerality and vibrant tension cut through the creamy ricotta, while notes of pear and orange pith mirror the citrus-driven freshness of the soup.
For the 2023 Old Vines Pinot Noir, Herbed Salmon Patties offer a textural and aromatic synergy. The wine’s delicate red fruit and fresh herb profile complements the savory aromatics of the salmon without overpowering the fish.
The 2023 Monastery Pinot Noir is elevated by the rustic, savory depth of Poulet de Provencal. This pairing leans into the wine’s earthy core and forest floor complexity. Notes of oolong tea and peppercorn provide a sophisticated counterpoint to the roasted poultry.
As always, Chef David reminds us that the seasoning or sauces of a dish may be modified to balance the wine by adjusting salt, acid, and other reactive ingredients.
