September 2025 Release
A Note From The Winemaking Team
Dearest Advocates,
A special energy is in the air at Lynmar as we celebrate a true milestone: the 45th harvest at our home estate, Quail Hill Vineyard. This year’s cool growing season has been ideal for developing deep, complex flavors, and the quality of the fruit looks exceptional. It’s a thrilling start to a 2025 vintage we believe will be outstanding, and one we’re excited for you, our treasured members, to be the first to experience down the road.
As we celebrate this milestone in the vineyard, we are delighted to share the wines that this legacy has produced. Your Fall Advocates Club Release is ready, curated to showcase our estate by contrasting two distinct appellations. You’ll explore the cool-climate elegance of the Sonoma Coast with our vibrant Monastery Chardonnay and velvety Susanna’s Vineyard Pinot Noir, anchored by a complex, single-block Pinot Noir from the oldest heritage vines of Quail Hill Vineyard, a true tribute to these 45 years.
We are so excited for you to enjoy this remarkable collection. Cheers to a beautiful fall and the promise of a new vintage!
Warmly,
The Lynmar Estate Team
Pairing Suggestions and Recipes
Estate Chef David Frakes has shared the following as it relates to your most recent Lynmar wine releases:
The juicy depth of Monastery Chardonnay is balanced by bright acidity, making it a winning combination alongside Chef David’s Amaranth-Crusted Sea Bass with Confit Tomato & Curry Oil.
For a comforting course to take you into autumn vibes, pair Susanna’s Vineyard Pinot Noir with Cheesy Polenta with Mushrooms. This recipe serves eight, making it a great dish for sharing with friends and family!
To match the deep broody tones of Old Vines Pinot Noir, Chef David recommends a flavorful pairing, such as Chicken Chilindrón – a mouthwatering Spanish stew.
As always, Chef David reminds us that the seasoning or sauces of a dish may be modified to balance the wine by adjusting salt, acid, and other reactive ingredients.
