How can I customize a particular club shipment?

To customize a particular club shipment, please view the current club shipment schedule here, then contact us to let us know which shipment to customize and how you would like to customize it.

  • Example: I would like to substitute the Chardonnay in my September release with an additional bottle of each Pinot Noir release.
  • Example: I would like to add six bottles of a particular Chardonnay to my May club shipment
  • Example: I would like to substitute particular prior vintage wines, listed on your website, for the wines in my November club shipment.

How can I customize more than one club shipment at a time?

Once you have reviewed the current club shipment schedule, if you would like to customize multiple shipments, please do not wait until the shipment month.  Simply contact us at your earliest convenience with all of your customization requests.  We will apply the customizations as requested.

  • Example: I would like to receive only Chardonnay in my February and May shipments, and only Pinot Noir in my September and November shipments.
  • Example: My favorite wine is releasing in September; please add an additional six bottles of that wine to my club shipment, and also to my November club shipment.

How can I make a recurring customization to my club shipments?

We are happy to make a customization that will apply to each of your club shipments.  Simply view the current club shipment schedule here, then contact us to let us know what to change for you.

  • Example: I have a favorite wine, and would like a particular number of bottles of that wine included in each shipment.
  • Example: I am currently drinking more Chardonnay than Pinot Noir, and would prefer to receive four bottles of the Chardonnay release and only one bottle of each of the Pinot Noir releases.
  • Example: I prefer to receive a full case of wine with each shipment, so I would like to double my quarterly allocation.
