April Advocates Release

Dearest Lynmar Advocates,

Spring has sprung! As the California poppies paint the estate with vibrant hues, we can't help but feel a renewed sense of joy. Here at Lynmar, the buzzing of happy bees in our pollinator gardens echoes the excitement for the season ahead.

We hope your new spring releases bring a burst of sunshine to your doorstep, but we also understand the desire to revisit a cherished Lynmar favorite. That's where our customization program shines! With each release, we curate a diverse selection, including some of our most coveted limited releases (often with allocations as small as one bottle).

With summer soirees just around the corner, remember you can effortlessly stock up for the season by adding bottles to your existing club package, and enjoy included ground shipping on all orders of 12 bottles or more.

Didn't see your favorite Lynmar wine in this lineup? Longing for a larger allocation? Please don't hesitate to reach out. Your Advocates Club team is here to ensure your membership reflects your unique preferences.

Cheers to the beauty of spring and the joy of summer celebrations to come!

Warmly,

The Lynmar Advocates Club Team

Estate Chef David Frakes has shared the following as it relates to your most recent Lynmar wine releases:

Wines coming from Susanna’s Vineyard are known for their culinary pairing prowess. For the 2021 vintage of Susanna’s Vineyard Chardonnay, Chef David recommends Saffron and Marjoram Arancini di Riso. These warm, cheesy rice balls will sing alongside a glass of Susanna’s Chardonnay - buon appetito!

Family Ranches Pinot Noir has become a new favorite among Advocates, blending the best of our estate vineyards. As weather warms and outside grilling heats up, share a bottle beside Chef David’s Grilled Lamb Chops & Garden Ratatouille.

For our newest addition to the Lynmar portfolio, Winemaker’s Blend Pinot Noir, Chef David pulls a tried-and-true recipe from his archives - Tunisian Marinade. While this marinade can work with an array of dishes, David enjoys a classic Brick Chicken recipe.

Lastly, we have the pinnacle Lynn’s Blend Pinot Noir. Holding up to something hearty, Moroccan Beef Stew is a perfect companion. Plus, this easy one-pot recipe leaves more time to savor each sip of wine – cheers!

As always, Chef David reminds us that the seasoning or sauces of a dish may be modified to balance to the wine by adjusting salt, acid, and other reactive ingredients.
