Estate Chef David Frakes has shared the following as it relates to your most recent Lynmar wine releases:

La Sereinité Chardonnay calls for a decadent yet delicate dish; and for a chilly winter day, we recommend warming up with Chef David’s Crab & Lobster Chowder, best enjoyed cozied up to a glass of La Sereinité.

Adam’s Vineyard Pinot Noir brings youthful vibrance and opulent fruit character, which lends itself to a complex yet balanced meal. Chef David prepares a hearty Duck & White Bean Cassoulet to pair with this wine and calls on Sonoma County Poultry for their flavorful “Liberty Ducks”.

Which Lynmar Pinot to pair with steak? The complex structure of Block 10 Pinot Noir complements Chef David’s Grilled Skirt Steak with Fregula and Italian Frying Peppers. We are excited to hear how you enjoy this recipe pairing!

As always, Chef David reminds us that the seasoning or sauces of a dish may be modified to balance to the wine by adjusting salt, acid, and other reactive ingredients.
