March 20: Collectors Lunch Pairing Returns
Savor a new season of flavors with our spring menu and raise a glass in celebration of Estate Chef David Frakes’ 15th year with Lynmar. Offered Thursdays through Sundays at 12:30 p.m.
April 27: Cave Tasting of Library Wines with Pete
Step into the caves for an intimate experience where you’ll uncover the unique stories behind our most special wines, guided by Winemaker Pete Soergel.
June 1: Advocates Club Open House
Come wander our newly redesigned gardens and introduce someone new to the Estate during this afternoon affair of wine, food, music, laughter and the company of your Lynmar family.
June 15: Pinot & Paella – A Father’s Day Celebration
Join us in the majestic Redwood Grove for delicious Gerard’s Paella and favorite Lynmar wines. Honor the father figures in your life with great wine, food, and unforgettable memories.

This fan-favorite is back for another season. Gather with fellow wine lovers in the Redwood Grove as Lynmar’s Culinary Team carries on the tradition of “Pinot & Pizza”.

Impress your guests with the indulgent appetizer pairing of La Sereinité Chardonnay and Alsatian Onion and Bacon Tartlets. This small, savory pastry offers a rich and flavorful bite that elevates each sip of this elegant white wine.
As your party moves on to red wine, Ikarian Braised Pork with Honey, Orange, and Rosemary will perfectly complement the fruit-forward nuances in Adam’s Vineyard Pinot Noir – it’s sure to be a hit!
Serving the bigger, bolder Lynn’s Blend Pinot Noir? Let us recommend mouth-watering T-Bone Steak with Grilled Eggplant Caponata – a celebratory meal that will impress the senses and leave you with satisfying memories of deliciousness!
As always, Chef David reminds us that the seasoning or sauces of a dish may be modified to balance to the wine by adjusting salt, acid, and other reactive ingredients.
