Monastery Chardonnay is a versatile pairing wine, playing well with Scallops in Saffron Sauce, or enjoy with your favorite recipe for salmon, halibut or chicken.
The flagship Quail Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir complements Chicken Gumbo Soup served with Olive & Parmesan Skillet Cornbread, or keep it classic and pair with Pot Roast with Potatoes & Dill.
Pulling from our archives, we savor Slow Roasted Pork Carnitas with Tomatillo Relish alongside Old Vines Pinot Noir. For a meatless option, we gravitate towards Buckwheat-Sage Crepes with Golden Chanterelle Mushrooms.
