The Ultimate Lynmar Experience
Come spend an afternoon at Lynmar. Walk the iconic Quail Hill Vineyard with Lynn Fritz and get a lesson in the cultivation of this special grape from someone who has been doing it for over 40 years. Then, head to the winery for a blending seminar with Winemaker Pete Soergel where you will craft a full barrel of your own cuvée that we will age to perfection - eventually receiving 20 cases of your special wine. Finally, end the day with a wonderful meal prepared by Estate Chef David Frakes using ingredients from our organic gardens as you learn about pairing wine and food.

Chef’s Table 9-Course Lunch Pairing
To celebrate his 13th season with Lynmar, Estate Chef David Frakes invites you into the kitchen for a one- of-a-kind culinary experience. Inspired by ingredients grown at the estate, this intimate 9-course lunch in the Lynmar kitchen will thoughtfully pair each dish to a blissful Lynmar wine.

Custom Blend Your Own Popcorn Salts
Led by Estate Chef David Frakes and the Lynmar culinary team, you will playfully experiment with unique ingredients to develop your own custom popcorn salt blend. Learn the nuances behind Lynmar’s signature popcorn and create your own pairing of your newly crafted seasoning to one of several exquisite Lynmar wines.
