April Advocates Release

Dearest Lynmar Advocates,

As we celebrate Earth Day this April, we're reminded of the deep connection between our wines, our shared love for this land, and the community we've built together. For over 50 years, Lynmar Estate has been committed to environmental stewardship, nurturing everything from our sustainable vineyard practices to our biodiverse estate gardens. This spring, it fills our hearts to share our newest release, a collection of wines that truly reflects the unique terroir of Lynmar and the care we pour into every vine. We invite you to experience firsthand the fruits of our sustainable efforts and the exceptional character of Block 10 Pinot Noir, Monastery Pinot Noir, Susanna’s Vineyard Chardonnay, and Winemaker’s Blend Pinot Noir.

Estate Chef David Frakes has shared the following as it relates to your most recent Lynmar wine releases:

Pair the elegant Susanna’s Vineyard Chardonnay with the delicate flavors of Tuna Tartare. The Chardonnay's soft texture and bright acidity will beautifully complement the clean, fresh flavors of this dish.

The nuanced Monastery Pinot Noir, with its bright fruit and earthy character, finds a harmonious partner in the savory depth of Chef David’s Pork Brine

Celebrate the dynamic Winemakers Blend Pinot Noir with the comforting and robust flavors of Coq au Vin. The wine's layered profile will meld harmoniously with the stew's savory and complex notes.

Indulge in the opulent Block 10 Pinot Noir alongside the hearty and flavorful Pappardelle with Red Wine & Meat Ragù. The wine's fruit-forward entry and plush tannins create a luxurious and satisfying pairing with this rich pasta.

As always, Chef David reminds us that the seasoning or sauces of a dish may be modified to balance to the wine by adjusting salt, acid, and other reactive ingredients.
